Requisition: 485321
Responsibilities
- Providing Customer Support Center phone
services which include call answering, advising customers, ticket
submission and others
- Monitoring ticket queue and ticket
dispatching
- Calling the customers back to clarify
the issues
- Assigning the tickets to the
appropriate people to resolve it
- Providing office and lab support in
hardware and software configuration
- Be involved in minor development and
improvement in software tools
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of computer hardware
(assembling and/or re-assembling of computers, type of components and
others) and office equipment (printers, projectors and others)
- Experience in Linux* and Windows*
- Experience in installation,
configuration and support
- Experience in networks
- Fluency in written and spoken
English
- Programming skills in C/C++, Java*,
Visual Basic*, UNIX*, shell and others would be an added advantage
